Author Instructions:

• Authors please note that there is no difference in level of papers while it is selected for oral presentation or poster presentation.
• Authors should submit pdf file of paper without author name and affiliation at Paper Submission Link by selecting corresponding Track and relevant Topics name.
• Before submission the authors should ensure that the similarity in the paper as per Turnitin software is not more than 25 %. The papers submitted with similarity above 25 % shall not be processed for review.
• The paper should be formatted strictly as per IEEE Template and the instructions therein.
• The camera ready paper should be submitted in pdf and word (doc) format along with other necessary documents at given email ids.
•  The pdf file so submitted should not contain any error else non publication in IEEE explore or any extra charge for formatting from IEEE side shall be author’s responsibility. It is advised that you use PDF Express from IEEE site for converting your word file to PDF with conference id 43534.
•  The copy right form with due signature of all authors has to be submitted along with the registration form. You can send its scanned copy by mail however it would be necessary to submit hard copy of the same during registration at the venue.
• The payment of registration fees has to be made through Demand Draft / Online Transfer / Wire Transfer to the specified account prior to registration.
• You can process your VISA / Travelling arrangements to Jaipur Rajsthan India. Please let us know if you need our assistance towards the same.
• The participant from (1) Afghanistan(2) China(3) Iran(4) Iraq(5) Pakistan(6) Sudan(7) foreigners of Pakistani Origin and (8) Stateless persons and willing to attend the conference should submit following information to corresponding e-mail ids before 90 days of start of the conference. This information needs to be submitted to Government of India for VISA processing.
• The accommodation details are provided on the website which could be used for direct booking of your accommodation specifying your participation in the conference to avail concessional rates.
• The registration fees include conference kit, Tea, Lunch and Conference Gala Dinner only. All other expenses will have to be borne by the participant.
• All files submitted through mail should be renamed beginning with your paper ID.
• Maximum no of pages allowed are 6however if the number of pages exceeds author will have to pay 500/- INR/20$ per page while paying registration fees.
• All Documents & other information's should be sent in single email as per the deadlines.
