At least one of the authors of the paper has to register for the Conference. It is mandatory that one of the authors present the paper in the conference to be eligible for submission of paper to IEEE Xplore and publication in conference Souvenir.

• Please note that all the fonts should be embedded. Figures tables and other format should be strictly as per template and the instruction given.
• The paper should be submitted in pdf and word (doc) format.
• The pdf file so submitted should not contain any error else non publication in IEEE explore or any extra charge for formatting from IEEE side shall be authors responsibility.
• It is advised that you use PDF Express from IEEE site for converting your word file to PDF conference id as 43534.

Payment of Registration Fees:

• Registration Fee includes conference material, Tea breaks, Gala dinner and Lunch during the conference
• Registration Fee does not include accommodation charges. It can be arranged on prior request by the delegates on payment basis in the University hostels for limited seats.
• The payment of registration fees as applicable from following table can be done through a Demand Draft, NEFT or Wire Transfer.
  • Demand Draft should be in favor of “ICRAIE 2018" Payable at Jaipur
  • For NEFT / Wire Transfer following information can be used
  • While doing NEFT please note the UTR no and mention in the registration form for its verification
